No. 67 – Poppi

Oh boy, where do I even begin with this one? I knew this one wasn’t going to be good. It was inevitable. I just didn’t realize how bad it was going to be. First off, it’s not root beer, it’s “root beer.” Let’s get that straight right off the bat. Second, root beer should not be advertised as healthy. We all know that it’s not. The tagline for this states that it’s for a healthy gut. That’s for sure if for the only reason I could drink 3 sips & I was immediately done with the can. It’s infused with apple cider vinegar and it’s literally the only thing I can taste. That’s three things together that should not even remotely be in a root beer. It also has stevia which gives it a chalky aftertaste. It’s bad y’all. The only redeeming factor is that I can recycle the can for future uses, hopefully for something that actually tastes like root beer. If you’re drinking healthy, I still don’t know how you can keep this down. Don’t waste your time & money with this one if you already didn’t know. Don’t mind me, just googling out how to get apple cider vinegar taste out of my mouth. Let’s rename this to “Flavored Sparking Water with the name Root Beer in the title for Funsies.”
