No. 102 & 103 – Parlor/Parlor Butterscotch

When I buy root beer, I generally don’t Google the company that makes it but I made an exception for Parlor. And if you are offended at some rather offensive merchandise & crass words, I’d suggest you avoid doing a search for the company. By drinking their products, I certainly don’t condone their business practices though certainly they are allowed to do what they want. I also didn’t include a picture of their regular root beer as the label is more PG-13 than what I wanted to post on my site. You’re more than welcome to do a search if you feel so inclined. Both of the root beers, their regular version & their butterscotch, are solid, above average drinks. The regular root beer is slightly sweet but overall rather plain for a root beer. Its aftertaste is vanilla that consistently gets more pronounced as you drink it. The butterscotch root beer is solid though mostly muted and tasted a little flat. It definitely is no Dang Butterscotch. They both are smooth tasting drinks. Overall, I enjoyed them, I just didn’t love them.
